The problem is that they don't understand the difference between Raspberry Pi Foundation and the part of the organisation that develops the products.Not sure that is quite fair, but it is somewhat frustrating when someone makes a product and then wants us to fix bugs so their product will work. The code is open source, so anyone can investigate and possibly fix it.I thank the contributors of this thread for the heads up on this one. The quote from Geekworm above is enough information for me to know to avoid this product. If they don't even know what Foundation do....."We hope the Raspberry Pi Foundation will resolve this issue soon".
