I believe auto refresh is exactly what is causing the problem. I dont know how to prove it though. Also though, today after leaving 3 web pages up (amazon, Raspberry Pi Forum & a github page) for over 10 minutes the jump stopped happening. When I first arrive at a page it jumps back to the top, then jumps sometimes down a few lines, seemingly random.
