Are you keping or intending to keep the OS and NAS data on the same physical drive? That's not the best way to do things - you will be making additional work for yourself when/if you ever need to replace/upgrade the OS. Keeping NAS and user data (/home) on a separate physical device to the OS makes things so much easier in the long run.
Or, if you must keep OS and data on one device, put just the boot partition on an SD card and have the root partition on the GPT drive.
