No ideas, just one observation. Bus 1 is USB2 and Bus 2 is USB3. What does lsusb -t show with and without sudo?I note that the USB Bus 001 items do not seem to be connected to the app. I presume that there is some kind of 'permissions' issue - any ideas please?
