If you're trying to mix and match legacy display stack (dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d removed) with libcamera, then it won't work. Either legacy camera and legacy display stack, or vc4-kms-v3d and libcamera.
I'm guessing you've followed some random instructions from Waveshare for installing the display, and that is likely to have caused your problem.
