HATs and other add-ons • I would like to back up all of my 3.1/2-in floppy disks and 5.25in disk

I know I can do this with a PC and some hardware but I'd rather dedicate a raspberry pi to the project. I have a bunch of old floppy disks 3.5-in and 5.25 in discs dead like to put in an enclosure with the raspberry pi in a dedicated image and a mouse keyboard and a spare monitor tucked away in the corner just for this purpose. Auto loading would also be nice if possible. If not just beep when it's ready for the next desk. I have a raspberry pi 3B+ and 2 USB 3.5-in floppy drive. Would there be any way to auto eject the disc also. I saw this project called flex engine but not sure how to implement it on a raspberry pi.
Then download the images to a hard drive based upon the system that it was designed for create a folder.

Is there any way possible to do this your help with your appreciated?
