Ok I will get larger card, I understand that could be a problem

The power supply is a 27w I bought it with the RP5

I will try that Mike and see if that sorts out the problem

If the problem is running out of space on the SDcard, then after the restart, I would expect the SDcard to be close to full and the next failure should occur quickly.

You should regularly look at the free space on the SDcard using "df -h". If the SDcard is running out free space, you need to figure out what is using the space and why. Upgrading to a 32GB SDcard may not fix the problem but only change how long it takes to fail.
