Ideally, you want:
- USB connection (because GPIO UART is difficult)
- ESC/POS compatibility (ESC/POS is Epson's control code language for point-of-sale printers. There are many printers that support a subset of ESC/POS, and the Zj-58, Zj-80 drives likely work with those.)
