I'm looking for an Ethernet module for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 (no USB expansion needed).
Both PiHole-type modules and microUSB-based ones are acceptable.
However, I cannot use modules that rely on the GPIO SPI pins, as these are already in use for another purpose.
Ethernet speed is not important (10Mbps is fine).
My main priorities are low power consumption and ease of use (preferably plug-and-play).
I tried the following module, but its power consumption is too high (around 0.6W):

I also have the following module on the way, but since it includes a USB hub, I am concerned about its power consumption:

If you know of a good module, please let me know!
