Beginners • Unable to update Bootloader version - Raspberry Pi 5 / Ubuntu 23.1 Os (8M)

Hello community !

..Work in progress.
Still have lots of instabilities with my Pi 5 (8M). Trying to "Update" my version of Bootloader.

Run Raspberry Pi Update Raspberry Pi OS to get the latest version of the rpi-eeprom package
Did install raspi-config....sudo apt install raspi-config = Ok

Run sudo raspi-config (Version 1.75)

Select Advanced Options

BUT there is no options saying: Select Bootloader Version

So I am stuck with my Sept. 25th 2023 eeprom release. Feel like most of my instability are related to this "Old" eeprom release ?
