That's the standard price, same.as it has been since release many years ago.
I'd be looking to pick up a second hand Pi3 for half that at the most.
If you go to Adafruit.com you'll see that is also the standard price of a 1GB Pi4

You'll need some pennies for the PSU* too, they're the same price but get the correct one.
If you can stretch to $10 more the 2GB Pi4 version would make it more useful. It's a shame the 2GB hasn't dropped back down to $35.
*Or the Pi5 PSU if you can stretch to it, future use etc, plus it can fast charge your phone.
