As the last resort, you can re install the Raspberry Pi OS. Running the Raspberry Pi without a cooling fan for a long time can lead to hardware damage.
I have reinstalled the Pi OS, but it doesn't work either.
Have you formatted the SD that was the boot device? If so you have deleted your operating system.

You can install an operating system by holding down the shift key while it boots, provided it is connected to the internet.

Or write an image to the SD card on another computer.
There is no boot, that's the issue. The EEPROM seems corrupted because the Pi doesn't reach the bootloader, otherwise I would be able to see it via the TTL connection.

What exactly did you do ?
I used the Raspberry Imager to install the Pi OS again on the SD, but this probably has nothing to do with the current issue, it was more of a context.
