No that's not true.likely I am using the wrong terminology here,
when no device overlays are loaded, the address is shown (example "20" for 0x20), once the overlay is loaded, it gets converted to UU
20 means a device was discovered at that address.
UU means a device was discovered at that address and the kernel has a special driver that's using it.
