Beginners • Pi Zero 2W ON/OFF Switch

I’m testing a Pi Zero 2W on battery for an “in the field” device. I’m looking for a way to shut down and power up the Pi so I don’t corrupt the OS.

I found this tutorial, curious if this is the best option or if an expert out there can make a better recommendation.
